The Brief
Maritime Super wanted to evolve the format of their member statements to make them more engaging and relevant.
WHAT WE DID
Over two years, we worked with Maritime Super to address this challenge.
Our solution was to produce a personalised video snapshot. This new platform allowed Maritime Super members to see exactly where their super is at, how it’s grown and how much they’re likely to have when they retire.
This highly-tailored, engaging and user-friendly way to help members understand their super better increased the amount of time members interacted with their super.
