The Brief
Swinburne University’s Professional Development team required a digital strategy that would assist them with lifting their post graduate short course and qualification acquisition levels during a normally quiet 3 month sales period.
WHAT WE DID
We developed a ‘closed loop’ B2B and B2C digital acquisition strategy that incorporated AdWords, Programmatic Display Advertising (Behavioural & Demographic plus Search Retargeting), Remarketing and Location-based Advertising (LBA). We also recommended an improved landing page experience, and the introduction of phonecall tracking to ensure that generated leads were dealt with in the most effective manner.
THE RESULTS
The 3 month campaign (that was extended for a further 4 months) lead to a dramatic increase in both short course and higher qualification course sales (100%+ per month) and a 45% increase in departmental annual revenue after only 7 months of campaigning.
